General Guidelines

  • Refunds are initiated only for eligible cancellations made through iPayment Tech.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method.
  • Transaction charges or service fees are non-refundable.

Flight Bookings

Refunds for flight tickets are governed by the respective airline’s cancellation policy. Applicable cancellation charges may apply.

Bus Bookings

Refunds for bus tickets depend on the bus operator’s cancellation policy and the time of cancellation prior to departure.

Hotel Bookings

Refund eligibility for hotel bookings depends on the cancellation policy of the respective hotel partner.

Refund Mode

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source used during booking or to the user’s wallet account (if applicable).
